1. CAN I REQUEST AN AIRPORT TRANSFER?

If airport transfer is required then we can certainly arrange an airport pick-up and/or drop-off for you, which would be 200 pesos for 1-2 people or 300 pesos for 3-4 people one way.  Please just let us know if you would like this arranged at any time after booking, and you would pay the driver in cash on the day.

2. CAN I REQUEST A PIER TRANSFER?

If ferry pier transfer is required then we can certainly arrange a pier pick-up and/or drop-off for you, which would be 600 pesos one way.  Please just let us know if you would like this arranged at any time after booking, and you would pay the driver in cash on the day. 

3. CAN I PUT AN EXTRA BED IN ANY OF THE ROOMS?

Our Standard Rooms can only accept 2 people as there’s just a double bed inside and no space for any extra bed.  For our Deluxe Suites, we do normally allow an extra bed for 1 more person to stay in the deluxe suite if needed to bring it to our maximum capacity of 5 people.  However, due to Covid-19 and government restrictions, we’re not currently offering this option.  Therefore, please note that we cannot accept more than 2 guests in the Standard Room or 4 guests in the Deluxe Suite in order to comply with the health protocols mandated by DOT, except in the case of 1 baby/infant that is 2 years old or less.

4. IS THERE ANY BREAKFAST AVAILABLE OR CAN I COOK?

Our breakfast kitchen currently remains closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but we are allowing Standard Room guests to use the kitchen outside where they can prepare their own food if they wish, and they can also bring food and drinks in from outside free of charge.  

Deluxe Suite guests may make use of the kitchenette in their own room where they can also prepare their own food or bring food and drinks in from outside free of charge.  Their kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, toaster and kettle.  Crockery and cooking utensils are provided for free inside each suite such as plates, cutlery, frying pan, saucepan, spatula etc.  A rice cooker can also be requested from the staff if needed on a first come first served basis.

5. WHAT'S THE EXACT ADDRESS OF QUEST VILLA?

There is no specific address as a lot of the roads in Panglao don’t have any names or numbers.  Our address is Barangay Tawala, Panglao Island, Bohol.  However, Barangay Tawala merely refers to the district that we're in, so it won’t pinpoint the exact location.  We have some arrival information that we send out that has some directions on how to get to us, but the easiest way is to search for us on Google Maps as we’re listed and verified on there so you can see exactly where we are.

6. HOW FAR AWAY IS QUEST VILLA FROM ALONA BEACH?

We are 2.6km from Alona Beach, which is the main tourist area with all the restaurants and shops there.  It would take about 25 minutes to walk there though which we wouldn't recommend, but you can reach it on a motorbike or tricycle in just 5-6 minutes, and a tricycle normally costs around 150 pesos for 2-3 people.

7. CAN A BABY/INFANT STAY FOR FREE IN MY ROOM?

Only 1 baby/infant aged 2 years old or less can stay in a Standard Room or Deluxe Suite over the capacity limit, and they may stay free of charge using existing beds as they are not counted as an extra person.  However, older than 2 years old is not a baby/infant and we are not allowed to have more than 2 people sleeping in the standard room or 4 people sleeping in the deluxe suite due to the Covid-19 pandemic and current health protocols mandated by DOT.  For standard room guests, please be advised though that there is only a double bed in the standard room, and so the baby/infant aged 2 years old or less would have to share the double bed with the parents which may be a bit tight!  Cribs and cots are also not available at the property.

8. CAN I CHECK-IN EARLY?

For an earlier check-in time, if we’re booked to our capacity limit the day before then your room may have been in use and so it won’t be available till 3pm, especially as we now have to leave the room sealed for 3 hours after cleaning for your safety to help protect against the coronavirus.  If there are any vacancies or early check-outs and the room is already available then it’s no problem for you to check in when you arrive, but we can’t guarantee that.  Otherwise, if the room is not available yet then you can leave your luggage with us and go out to do some things and the room will be ready when you come back!

9. ARE THERE ANY MOTORBIKES AVAILABLE TO RENT?

Motorbike rentals can be arranged for all of our guests if needed.  A scooter is 500 pesos per 24 hour period, which would need to be paid in cash once you arrive.  We can also ensure that the scooters are at Quest Villa and ready for you to use when you arrive, so if you’d like us to arrange this then please just let us know after booking.

10. IS THERE A PARKING AREA?

There is a designated parking area at the side of the building where the reception and standard rooms are located and guests are welcome to park there for free at any time.  Motorbikes should also be parked in this area overnight and not in front of the entrances. 

11. ARE THE ROOMS NON-SMOKING?

All the rooms in our property are non-smoking rooms inside.  Guests who wish to smoke may use the patio outside their room.
